Return & Replacement Policy

At Modakor, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected, we’re here to help.

Returns Window
We accept return requests within
14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any damage, defect, or mismatch claim.
  • Return requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • The mandatory unboxing video

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, the return may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
